Hey Fencers!
Thanks for supporting us in our biggest tournament to date.  22 fencers from 6 clubs and 2 states. Cleveland Fencing Academy fencers won medals in all 3 categories: Novice junior medalists: Bronze – Jonathan Rzepka (9 y.o) and Benjamin Kaminsky,(11 y.0.)  Silver – Nicholas Larson (11 y.o.), Gold – Jordan Apshago (9 y.o.), Intermediate Teen medalist: Bronze -Chandini Antal (18 y.o.), and Advanced: Gold: Joseph Guth (10 y.o).  We had been preparing for 6 weeks for this tournament and it really paid off!  Our next tournament is March 7th.  We expect another great turnout with hopefully up to 30 fencers.  More fencers means more bouts, and tougher to medal, so we will be working extra hard this month on conditioning and footwork!
