Becoming proficient in any complicated activity takes a multi-layered approach. Fencing is no different. Our kids come in for group class, private lessons, strength and conditioning, and even boxing! But one very important factor in training fencers is bouting. We at CFA are very big on practicing bouting as much as time allows.

Therefore, for all students who attend any activity at CFA at least twice a week, we offer FREE bouting practice on Fridays from 4:00 to 6:30PM. It is a well attended event and you don’t need to call or email to come. Just show up! Period. We have a coach on site the whole time overseeing the bouting session. Often, we have fencers come up from Columbus to practice and we can continue to grow this class if our CFA students show in good numbers.
